Delivery

Our delivery area covers the whole front range, from Cheyenne Wyoming to Colorado Springs. Deliveries between Longmont and Highlands Ranch carry no delivery fee.  Deliveries outside the Denver area (Evergreen, Castle Rock, Fort Collins, Buyers, ect.) their’s a $35 delivery fee. Keep in mind for these areas we do offer half off  the delivery fee, if your order exceeds $250.00.  Deliveries outside of this area are calculated using mileage. The rental period for these areas are limited to a 4 hour period.  Please fill out the online inquiry form above and let us know your delivery location for an exact rate.  Any order under $150 carries a delivery fee regardless of area, please inquire for delivery rate.

NOTICE:  With the anticipated rise of gas prices we will be adding a small sur-charge only if the price exceed’s $4.00 a gallon.  The cost will be minimal ($5-15) but we do want our customers to be aware of it.  This is a cost strictly for the drivers sake, they do use their own vehicles for delivering.  Please keep this in mind when setting up.

Cancellation and payment 

We do accept cash, check or credit card.  If paying by credit (or debit) card there is a $5 processing fee.  We don’t require a deposit in order to set up.  We will ask for payment at drop off the day of delivery.  If you do have to cancel due to weather there is no cancellation fee.  If you cancel for any other reason there is a $50.00 fee.  In regards to the weather, everyone knows how Colorado’s weather fluctuates, so we don’t use the media’s suggested forecast because there’s a good chance they might be wrong.  If you do have to cancel, we ask that it be within 48 hours of your event date.  We do prefer you can keep the appointment until the day of delivery to see the actual weather outcome.
