Do you need party supplies? We have them .
Now lets just suppose you have a two year old – or a 40 year old having a birthday. Would it not be cool to have a special birthday chair for the special person to sit in? Okay, so you put them in a special chair – and you then get a misting fan to cool em off and then – well what about a bubble machine to blow bubbles?
We also have all kinds of lighting apparatus you could get to make the day special. like laser lights, black lights, lighted floor table cubes. and even ice cubes that light up. Please check out our sister site at Event Lighting Rental for all the really unusual light effects you can rent to make that event very special.
One of the games we as kids always liked was Pin the Tail on the donkey. Its simple, its dumb, but it still is a lot of fun both for adults and kids. We have a version of this game that you can rent for fifteen dollars for the day.
A reason why this game is played by many people is because it is so versitile . Keeping the rules the same, you can change the object or subject of the game depending on the occasion or the party theme. Now if it iss a Christmas party, you could pin the star on the Christmas tree instead, or how about the halo on a Angel’s head? As for a Halloween party, pinning the fangs on the vampire would be a fun option. The options are endless with a little imagination.
Hey, want to add to the conversation? What do you think?
I have done many festivals and events with my bounce houses., and combo units. One of the problems that usually frustrated me the most was the ten to twelve year old boys. These guys have a lot of energy. Some of them were were wonderfully behaved.
However, mostly they push each other around a lot and they have the horrible habit of doing things you would rather have them not do. They climb the inside of the bounce house walls, they push against the sides of the unit (which can and often did knock it down). They hanged from the tubes in the inside top of the unit. They bounded in and out of the front door of the units and knocked each other down. That activity almost got me sued one time. There was a mother walking by with a couple of younger boys and she had a fit. “Don’t you watch these kids?” - Really, all I did was turn my back on them for five seconds.
My grandson one summer in Buena Vista, did summersaults and flips for seven hours straight. My girlfriend freaked out (she is a school teacher) – “He has to come out and eat and rest for a bit!” .Me, well I just smiled, I “knew” better, You see I had watched hours and hours of ten to twelve year old boys in the bounce house and I got it. They have unlimited energy for something they WANT to do.
There is one thing I noted about boys this age however, – if you ask them nicely before they bounce they will watch out and take care of the two year old crowd. However, it is probably best to have boys in this age group bounce in the unit , under supervision ( because they seem to forget very easily the rules), by themselves.

Toddlers as we all know are a handful. I have seen some with great outgoing personalities and others who you cannot even look at cause they are afraid.
However, from my experience, most of the toddlers love the bounce house. A birthday party for a toddler at home and the bounce house can be a great treat. Invite your family members – of all ages. And bring the cameras, cause this makes for some great photo memories. Toddlers vary in their reactions to the bounce.
Most however really like it. There is nothing more inviting then a warm day, a clean bounce house, mom, and some great bouncy music playing loud around the bounce. I have seen some toddlers that you actually have to go in and drag em out, cause they absolutely will not come out of the bounce house. In my opinion this is a great first birthday party that a child might actually remember.
